At Mayor’s Gym, you’ll find skilled personal trainers for a wide range of needs. Our trainers offer general and sport-specific gym guidance, nutrition coaching, and competition training for professional athletes – individual trainers may specialize in different areas.
All Personal trainers are independent professionals — please contact the trainer of your choice directly. You can find each trainer’s contact information on their profile.
For quality control, personal training at our gym requires approval. If you want to work at the gym as a fitness instructor, massage therapist, or provide other sports-related services, please contact the board at hallitus@mayors.fi.
